Are you ready to join a growing manufacturing team and play a hands-on role in producing high-quality bar soap products?

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mixing / Miller Operative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and develop new skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials to precise specifications in the production of bar soap products.​
  • Monitor the production process, perform regular quality checks, and maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area.​
  • Safely operate mixing equipment and maintain equipment according to safety guidelines and company policies.​
  • Support ongoing production by organising raw material storage and ensuring efficient use of resources.​
  • Follow safety and cleaning procedures at all times, including the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork related to quality control and product compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced production environment is preferred; no formal qualifications required.​
  • Previous experience with mixing, the personal care industry, or forklift operation is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a solid work ethic.
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and work on your feet for extended periods.​
  • Comfortable working with numbers and following precise instructions.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a dedicated team.
  • Reliable transport to site or convenient access to public transport.
